With the ease of online video conferencing (Zoom) Carolyn Mondress, from Hawaii,  joins Julie Seibt from Canmore, Canada to create a safe and intimate space for a journey of self-inquiry.

Intimacy, connectivity and presence of community is not limited to physical presence. Carolyn and Julie skillfully nurturing a supportive connection which will hold your personal inquiry and ever revealing discovery of 'who you are' and 'what is this?"

Carolyn has over 40 years experience faciliting holotropic breathwork and re-birthing practices. She has refined traditional styles of breathwork with a loving and gentle approach that invites you to experience profound relaxation and the release of restrictions that keep you from claiming your inherent vitality and aliveness.

The breathwork is a non-intrusive, powerful, natural form of inquiry with signifant benefits for physical, emotional and spirtual well-being. Gentle, mindful movement, led by Julie, prepares the body for optimal breathing and grounds the practices into daily life.

15 min break 

3:20 - 5:20 Breathing practice and integration

5:20 - 5:30 Break

5:30 - 6:00 Community sharing, Q&A, further integration

Not able to attend  these times? No problem. Video recordings will be available and incuded at no extra charge for 1 week after each session.
