In the middle of an evergreen forest, on an extinct volcano, once sacred to Etruscans, is an authentic agrotourismo with sustainable integrity and big heart.

Retreat Rhythm

Imagine waking up within the sun-dappled walls of a beautifully restored 13th-century Italian farmhouse. The day begins not with a rush, but with mindful indulgence.

Savor a mug of hot coffee or tea—alongside a selection of fresh, seasonal fruit, then stroll to the welcoming yoga space with arched brick ceilings, hardwood floors and an abundance of props  including eye-pillows and, yes,  cashmere blankets.

Gather for a gentle yet purposeful morning session of functional movement and yoga in Julie’s unique style. This isn't just about stretching; it's an intelligent practice designed to give you lasting tools for health and vitality. We focus on cultivating core strength, promoting ease through your joints, enhancing pelvic floor health, and mastering the power of breath. This grounding session ensures your day is started with clarity and strength, and equips you with essential, take-home skills for enhanced well-being.

Following our practice,  delight in an extensive brunch, served under the beautiful wisteria-covered pergola. Intertwined with vines, jasmine, and lush greenery, this tranquil setting offers the perfect environment to savor local flavors and connect with fellow retreat-goers.

The afternoon is yours to rest in your favourite shady or sunny spot or take in a hike, cooking class, garden tour, or stroll 15 minutes to the walled medieval village of Monteriggioni.

Rest, and surf the waves of healing consciousness in a 5:30 pm session of iRest Yoga Nidra®, Somatic yoga, and contemplation.

Dinner is celebratory, centered on local flavors and heartfelt connections.

Go for an evening countryside stroll before snuggling in for sweet Tuscan dreams. This gentle close completes the day, leaving you rested, fully nourished - body, mind, and spirit.

You’re on retreat so repeat!
