In today's iRest session and discussion, a theme of "disjointedness" came up. I've uploaded an audio recording of the iRest practice. You'll find it in the your member's area, "meditate" section. In addition to the practice, when you feel disjointed, consider brining more structure into your days and let me know if that is supportive for you. We're in this together!
