Return to Yourself

Do you long for meaningful connection with your community and your true self?

Life's challenges can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply not quite like ourselves. This retreat offers dedicated time and space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the qualities of ease, clarity, and groundedness that are already within you.

Through breath, movement, meditation, nature, and community, we'll explore practices that support greater wellbeing and help you return to yourself with more ease and trust.

The Retreat Experience

Breathe

Explore pranayama practices designed to support the nervous system, immune system, cognition, and overall wellbeing.

Movement

Practice gentle therapeutic somatic movement, including hypopressive techniques supporting core, pelvic floor, and prostate health.

Nourishment

Enjoy lovingly prepared, plant-forward meals featuring high-quality meat and eggs, with dietary needs accommodated with advance notice.

Community

A small, welcoming retreat limited to 16 participants. No previous yoga experience is required, simply come as you are.

Your Home Away From Home

Set on private forested land just five minutes from Bragg Creek, two cozy log cabins provide a peaceful place to rest, connect, and recharge.

Relax by the fireplace, enjoy the changing views from the picture windows, stretch in the solarium-style yoga space, or explore the surrounding forest trails.

Rooms are available for single or shared occupancy.
