Awaken to Wellbeing
Step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty, warmth, and magic of Thailand.
This retreat brings together ancient practices, modern teachings, nature, adventure, nourishing food, and meaningful connection in a setting designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, iRest® Yoga Nidra, movement, and time in nature, you’ll have opportunities to explore new ways of supporting your well-being while experiencing the culture and landscape of southern Thailand.
Come ready to learn, explore, rest, play, and discover what becomes possible when you give yourself the space to truly be.
The Retreat Experience
Movement & Breath
Begin your days with movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga practices designed to help you connect with your body, settle your nervous system, and cultivate greater awareness and ease.
Meditation & iRest®
Explore meditation and iRest® Yoga Nidra alongside other practices that support deep rest, self-awareness, and a greater sense of connection within yourself.
Nature & Adventure
Thailand offers an incredible backdrop for exploration. Venture beyond the retreat centre to experience lush jungle landscapes, beautiful beaches, local trails, and some of the natural wonders of the Krabi region.
Culture & Connection
Experience Thailand beyond the resort through local culture, shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to connect with the people and traditions that make this place so special.
Rest & Reflection
There will also be plenty of space to slow down. Enjoy quiet time by the pool, relax in the sauna or steam room, journal, receive a massage, stargaze, or simply enjoy doing nothing at all.
Your Thai Forest Home
Nestled in the lush forests of southern Thailand, the retreat centre offers a peaceful place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and immerse yourself in the beauty of your surroundings.
Surrounded by tropical greenery and the dramatic limestone landscapes of Krabi, the property offers space to practice, rest, explore, and enjoy the natural beauty of Thailand. Between retreat sessions and excursions, take a swim, relax in the sauna or steam room, enjoy the ice bath, explore the surrounding trails, or simply find a quiet place to rest.
Whether you're joining a morning practice, heading out on an adventure, or enjoying a slow afternoon at the retreat centre, the setting itself becomes part of the experience.
Your Accommodation
Stay in a delightful assortment of brand-new, cozy private bungalows, each with a private ensuite. Some bungalows also feature an outdoor tub with a view, offering the perfect place to relax and take in the surrounding landscape.
A spacious shared four-person lodge is also available for those who prefer a shared accommodation option.
Details will be coming soon!
Getting There

Fresh Thai meals, lovingly prepared by our Thai chef, are served buffet-style throughout the retreat. Julie says this venue offers “some of the best Thai food I've ever had.”
Enjoy abundant choices featuring plenty of fresh vegetables alongside eggs, tofu, chicken, and prawns, as well as a selection of Western-style dishes to suit a wide range of preferences and dietary needs.
From exotic Thai flavours to your favourite morning barista beverage, you'll be well taken care of. The venue maintains high standards for food safety and quality, and drinking water is provided for your refillable water bottle.
Dietary restrictions are happily accommodated.
