About the Event
The Inside Out Yoga Class is not about what you “should” do, but about connecting with your inner wisdom, gaining insight, and being guided toward greater wellness of body, mind, and heart. In the class, Julie Seibt, a Certified Yoga Therapist and wellness expert, will teach you how to:
- Access your inner wisdom, guiding you toward your own intention and purpose.
- Move your body in a way that eases tension, invites sustainable strength, and promotes mobility.
- Breathe effectively using techniques that promote healing, vitality, and clarity.
- Release and reset with a guided meditation to reconnect with your essential nature, which is always constant, no matter what life has brought your way.
