Teachings will be held in Julie’s beautiful mountain home, a short stroll to main street Canmore and abundant nature trails.

This is a non-residential retreat. We can provide accommodation suggestions or arrange accommodation as needed. I'll only be offering three private retreats this summer, so please book early. For details, please fill out the form below.

Retreats are a time of strengthening bonds and building support from within and from your community. These resilient relationships, like a sangha, are a rudder for navigating this life together, well beyond the retreat dates.
